Bedtime Stories


Someone recommended Nothing Much Happens for insomnia. I can attest that these bedtime stories work well for getting good sleep. But I also listen to help calm anxiety and clear out negative thoughts.

Ah, Autumn!

My favorite time of year is the autumn season. It's such a calm time of year. The sun is not so bright and hot anymore, the cool breeze blows the leaves around, activities are cozy and soothing --like drinking coffee and going for leisurely walks, or lighting candles and sitting in front of the crackling fireplace with a comfy blanket and a good book. Ahhhh...
